Welcome to Apt Interio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, designs, and related offerings. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Overview

Apt Interio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is engaged in providing interior design consultancy, interior execution, turnkey interior solutions, curtain and furnishing solutions, and AI-based virtual design services for residential and commercial spaces.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting quotations, approving designs, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Services Offered

Apt Interio provides the following services:

  • Interior design consultancy

  • Interior execution and turnkey solutions

  • Modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture

  • Curtains, blinds, and furnishing solutions

  • AI-based virtual design and space visualization services

The scope of services shall be clearly defined in the approved quotation, proposal, or agreement. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate site details, measurements, and requirements

  • Approve designs, drawings, and material selections in writing

  • Ensure site readiness (civil work, electrical points, access, etc.) as required

  • Use provided designs and services only for lawful and intended purposes

Delays caused due to client-side approvals or site readiness may impact project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pricing will be shared through written quotations or agreements

  • Payment milestones must be adhered to as specified in the quotation

  • Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment

  • Final handover is subject to full payment clearance

  • Delayed payments may attract interest at 2% per month

Apt Interio reserves the right to pause work in case of payment delays.

6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, renders, and AI-generated visuals remain the intellectual property of Apt Interio unless explicitly transferred in writing

  • Designs may not be copied, shared, or executed by third parties without written consent

  • Unauthorized use of designs may result in legal action

7. Materials & Warranty

  • Materials used shall be as per approved specifications or equivalent available brands

  • Any warranties on appliances, hardware, or fittings shall be as per the respective manufacturer’s terms

  • Apt Interio is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims but may assist in coordination where feasible

8. Timelines & Delays

  • Project timelines are indicative and dependent on site conditions, client approvals, and material availability

  • Delays caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, supply disruptions, etc.) shall not be attributable to Apt Interio

  • Client-caused delays may lead to revised timelines and additional costs

9. Limitation of Liability

Apt Interio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays due to third-party vendors or client-side issues

  • Normal wear and tear of materials post handover

  • Any misuse or alteration of completed work by the client or third parties

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the contracted services.

10. Termination

Apt Interio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client:

  • Breaches these Terms

  • Fails to make timely payments

  • Engages in unlawful or abusive conduct

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to settlement of dues and obligations as per the agreed contract.

11. Amendments

Apt Interio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be effective upon being posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
